Estates and Facilities Management covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours required for staff to provide facilities services support to customers and facilities management departments.
The qualifications can be used to upskill existing team members or recruit new talent into an organisation, with delivery available either face to face or remotely via Teams.
Levels 2 and 3
Suitable for those who are new to the workplace and facilities management industry, as well as those who wish to change their career or profession.
Topics covered include customer and stakeholder relations in facilities management, as well as health and safety responsibilities in facilities management.
Level 4
This level is primarily for those who enjoy leading, as well as analytical thinkers that can and enjoy multi-tasking. This qualification will require prompt decision-making and forward thinking.
Units covered are designed to enhance knowledge and skills as a facilities manager, including understanding facilities management strategy and an overview of facilities management.
