Level 3 - Team Leader/Supervisor
This qualification is ideal for those working in a first-line management role, have operational/project responsibilities or have a resonsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome.

Suitable for those managing teams or projects, who have a responsibility for achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives as part of their organisational strategy.
Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to improve individual, team and organisational performance, support and develop individuals to manage strategic change, as well as develop skills in business processes that could improve organisational effectiveness.
