Heart Research UK delivers expert-led webinars and seminars designed to educate, engage and empower employees to take control of their heart health and wellbeing. Delivered by qualified health professionals, these interactive 45-minute sessions provide practical, evidence-based guidance to support healthier lifestyle choices and reduce cardiovascular risk.

Flexible in delivery, sessions can be delivered online to large or dispersed teams (up to 1,000 attendees) or in person at workplaces across the UK, ensuring accessibility for organisations of all sizes. Each session is supported by takeaway resources, helping employees turn knowledge into long-term behaviour change.
