I work closely with vulnerable young people and see every day how challenging it can be for them to take their first steps into the workforce. That’s why I’m keen to get involved with Next Gen — to help champion safer, more supportive working environments where young people not only gain opportunities, but feel protected, valued, and set up to succeed from day one.
