Abigail Richards
Abi is National Account Director at DOC Cleaning, responsible for leading large, complex facilities management portfolios at a national scale. She brings a background in management consultancy, having delivered transformation across major UK defence and public sector programmes.
Following her move into the facilities management industry, she has held senior operational leadership roles with accountability for portfolios totalling over £20 million in annual revenue and more than 600 sites nationwide.
In 2025, Abi was named the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers’ Future Leader in FM. She is passionate about driving operational excellence and using data to shape the future of the facilities management industry, alongside contributing to publications such as Facilitate magazine and the European Cleaning Journal.
