Colin has been in the Facilities Management Industry for 17 years and has worked for both large and small organisations in customer environments ranging from Global Corporate Headquarters to the Public Sector, Museums to Tech Giants.  Currently Operations Director for Pareto FM, which is one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, where he leads operational delivery and development.  Pareto place Social Value at the very forefront of what they do and supporting inclusion in the FM Industry is a firm part of that.  This environment aligns perfectly with Colin’s external activities, which include a place on the committee with LGBT+ in FM and the IWFM EDI Steering Group.  Colin’s thought leadership earned him a place in the Workplace Leaders Top 50 2023.
