Kymberli started her career in workplace experience at the end of 2018 with little to no experience in the operational challenges that being a Facilities manager brings. She very quickly fell in love with the everyday user experience, what makes our people tick and the spaces they use to help them grow and thrive in the workplace. She had the absolute pleasure of meeting some truly inspirational people along the way, leading and guiding her to focus on her passion and to use her voice to encourage, learn and create that tribe she was looking for. She has very recently taken a job with Audiem, opening her eyes to how workplace experience can be measured and the tangible insights that can be contributed to businesses, growing, and adapting the way we look at the future of workplace.
