Andy Dunn
As Regional Workplace Operations Manager at Experian, Andy leads the workplace operational strategy across UK&I, overseeing hard and soft services supporting more than 3,000 employees, including mission‑critical data centres. Andy's experience encompasses over 20 years’ delivering operational excellence across complex, global organisations in the FTSE 100.
He spent 18 years at Games Workshop, where he played a key role in planning and delivering facilities transformation and service optimisation within a fast‑growing global manufacturing business. Working closely with the C suite and board to enact programme change at pace as the company grew from £100M turnover to £0.5B in 3 years including estates acquisition, design and building multiple factories and distribution hubs as well as recruiting a team of 100+FTE's operational workplace staff to deliver outstanding internal customer service whilst tackling the challenges of Covid-19.
A strong advocate of continuous improvement and getting great performing teams through core Values and Behaviours, Andy’s “1% better every day” mindset underpins his approach to operational frameworks, sustainability, and service excellence. Andy is currently completing a Level 6 Extended Diploma toward CIWFM accreditation.
