Bianca is the Director for On Verve, a Guest Services business taking a fresh approach means we are trailblazing our own path in the industry, creating a place where you belong. She has a wealth of understanding about the facilities management and workplace industry through her different volunteer roles within IWFM, and CoreNet. Bianca is the Co-founder and Co-Chair of the Emerging Workplace Leaders (EWL) Network. Her efforts in helping young talent in the industry have resulted in her being recognised by winning WeAreCity Rising Star Award in 2018, being shortlisted for the ACE Robyns Awards in 2019, and most recently in 2024 being a finalist for Businesswoman of the Year.
