Similar to most leaders in this wonderful industry, I did not start out with aspirations to become a world class Facilities Manager.' After qualifying as an educator at university, I transitioned to working in the hospitality industry for a number of years.' I then joined the Facilities Management industry at an entry level and then made my way up through the ranks working for incredible companies which provided me with opportunities to hone my technical knowledge and leadership abilities. I am forever grateful for stumbling into this industry and for the opportunities and experiences afforded me as a result of this career path.
