Dan is an experienced leader of workplace strategy and change management projects. He has worked with clients in a range of sectors, including household names such as bp, Paramount, Marsh McLennan, and Deloitte.

Dan also has a wealth of experience in the higher education sector having worked as Head of Space Management at the University of London, and delivered strategic space management consulting at Queen Mary University of London, the University of Hertfordshire, City University of London and several other HEIs.

Dan completed a doctorate exploring the links between the workplace and employee engagement. He regularly speaks at industry events sharing the findings of his research.

He was recognised by CoreNet as Young Leader of Year 2023, and one of the Workplace Leaders Top 50 in 2024.
