Daniel May is a senior leader in the property industry with over 17 years of experience and a deep passion for people, purpose, and culture. He is the Founder and Chief Belonging Officer of We Belong, a bold movement dedicated to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Daniel also serves as Deputy Chair and ED&I Lead for the IWFM Rising FMs Network and is a Chartered Member of IWFM.
Daniel’s work centres around redefining leadership through belonging and authenticity, challenging outdated norms, and creating workplaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. With a background in facilities and property management, he combines operational expertise with a people-first approach to drive lasting change.
