My career began in hospitality, most notably opening and running hotels and restaurants around the world. Years later, I went on to do an MBA specialising in Organisational Development, Behaviour, Change and Culture. When I had my first child it became clear that the hospitality industry was not conducive to raising a young family. It was then that I stated my consultancy company, live love learn and found that at that time, the corporate FM world could benefit from the philosophies of hospitality as competitive differentiator' especially in the client facing areas. It all grew from there.
