I am the Supplier Diversity Strategy & Growth Manager across Europe and India at AECOM, supporting the delivery of our Social Value Strategy through a strong focus on inclusive supply chains, client engagement and growth. I work closely with bid, procurement, operations and delivery teams to embed social value and supplier diversity into enterprise‑critical pursuits, major frameworks and projects. My role spans client‑facing engagement, work‑winning support and shaping practical, high‑quality social value and social procurement outcomes, while strengthening engagement with SMEs, VCSEs and diverse suppliers to build supply chain resilience and deliver measurable social and economic impact.

I also lead social value delivery on major infrastructure projects and frameworks, including the Northumberland Line, East West Rail, and national frameworks with CCS and DWP, driving the creation of measurable community benefits. My role spans overseeing bid strategy and review, shaping delivery plans, guiding implementation and ensuring social value commitments are embedded from the earliest stages of strategic pursuits through to successful project completion. I am also a member of The Institute for Social Value and a steering group member of the Young Professionals in Social Value network.
