Ella Gladwin
Ella Gladwin is a Chartered Management Degree Apprentice at Thermatic Technical FM, building her career in the Facilities Management sector while studying for a Chartered Business Management degree, in which she is currently projected to achieve a first. Her role spans customer and stakeholder relations, operational projects and business development, where her university learning directly informs business-wide initiatives.
Ella’s commitment to the FM profession has been recognised nationally. She is the Winner of the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers Future Young Leader Award 2026 and a Finalist for the IWFM Newcomer of the Year Award. Alongside her role at Thermatic, she holds several voluntary leadership positions within the IWFM, including Chair of the IWFM Young Persons Network where she champions early-career development and works to make FM a career of choice for young professionals. Additionally, she supports the IWFM Strategic Leaders Forum, offering insights from the younger generation of Workplace and Facilities Management Professionals.
