Esme started her career in communications for the built environment, supporting a range of service providers on their brand within the wider workplace ecosystem. This allowed for both experience and insight into the entire workplace change lifecycle and a multitude of disciplines. She joined Australian architecture practice BVN in late 2021 as Strategy Director of Work + Place to support growth in Europe. Before this she was communications director at Leesman and development director for the WORKTECH Academy. Her main interests are in interpreting multi-layered evidence when it comes to workplace performance and employee experience. Esme is a board member of the Emerging Workplace Leaders group in London and Young Leader of Corenet and the BCO. She regularly contributes to industry publications and podcasts.
