As Strategy Director at BVN Architecture, Esme works on projects across the UK, Europe and Australasia, ensuring workplace strategy translates into effective design. Previously, she led communications for workplace experience assessor Leesman and was Development Director of the WORKTECH Academy. She specialises in interpreting data to guide decision-making, bridging the gap between human sentiments, building performance, and occupancy trends. A regular commentator on the world of work, Esme speaks at global events and engages with leading organisations, service providers, and technology innovators to shape the future of work.
