Harry Benham is the Senior Inclusion Manager at QBE, supporting inclusion, wellbeing, and accessibility at an international level. He is responsible for shaping and delivery the inclusion strategy for the organisation and shaping an environment where everyone can work at their best. In his career, Harry has progressed diversity and inclusion across financial services and the retail sector, offering him a broad understanding of diverse working environments, and best practice for inclusive design. Last year QBE won several awards for their approach to accessible working, including the D&I Initiative of the Year at the British Insurance Awards, and the Progress Award at the Insurance Insider Honours.
