A multi-award-winning Change Leader, world renowned author, TEDx and key note speaker, Jennifer is also Chief Empowerment Officer of her own consultancy (named after her children), Board Member (Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals UK), and a regular columnist for several industry publications. Her philosophy “there is no learning without change, and no change without learning” runs through everything she does.
Her unconventional career began in the world of dance and theatre, where she learned to embrace uncertainty and adapt in real time.
