As Star's global head of real estate and workplace experience, she is responsible for driving the organisation's vision of the future of work for over 800 employees across the globe. She crafts and delivers on Star's global design playbook, incorporating the organisation's view on hybrid work, its approach to a more sustainable real estate footprint - including location strategy and building selection - and how spaces evolve to reflect the company’s brand and culture.
