Kamile Uikyte is an International Facility Management Honours student at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Originally from Lithuania, she has developed a multicultural profile through living in Cyprus, Germany, Finland, and the Netherlands. Throughout her academic journey, she has also actively engaged in interdisciplinary and international projects
Kamile is currently conducting her thesis research, focusing on how the information model can promote circularity and create sustainable value. Alongside her studies, Kamile works as a manager in a local business, where she oversees the quality of several restaurant operations and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
