Karen Duffin is the Chief of Staff for People, Culture and Purpose at BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm helping businesses navigate a rapidly changing world. She supports the Executive Board member responsible for People, Culture and Purpose and works with the leadership team to shape and deliver the firm’s people and culture strategy in line with BDO’s growth ambitions. Karen has led multiple change and transformation programmes, including redefining the firm’s Values and developing WORKABLE—BDO’s new ways‑of‑working framework—covering cultural change, technology enhancements and office space redesign. She also leads the People and Culture workstream for BDO’s new London Headquarters project and is the proud Sponsor of the firm’s Gender Ambition programme.
