Kaye is a highly accomplished Chartered Senior Safety Manager at the John Lewis Partnership, where she leads a national team of Safety Advisors. Kaye oversees a diverse portfolio of safety projects including in John Lewis and Waitrose shops, distribution centres, Hotels and manufacturing sites. With a career rooted in high-level stakeholder management, ranging from her time as Business Manager to the CEO of The Economist Group to her current role, Kaye is a specialist in navigating complex organisational landscapes. Her exceptional dedication to her craft was recognised in 2025 when she was named Ultimate Partner of the Year and received the Chairman’s Award for her life-saving initiative in rolling out defibrillators and CPR training across the business. Kaye’s blend of technical safety expertise, communication skills and empathetic leadership make her a pivotal figure in both the retail and health and safety sectors.
