I am a Senior Business Adviser for Acas based in the West Midlands. Having been a small business owner, I have a keen interest in workplace behaviours. I am passionate about helping organisations ensure their working environments are spaces where everyone feels valued, respected and safe. I also have a particular interest in mental health – as a former volunteer listener with the Samaritans, and a trained mental health first aider.
