I’m Louie Mae, Estate Director at Knight Frank Promise, and I’m passionate about creating workplaces that are fair, inclusive, and genuinely inspiring. At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in people — their potential, their value, and the importance of environments where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.

I speak on diversity, equity and inclusion, actively support Veterans through the Armed Forces Network, mentor for three charities, and am proud to be an ambassador for One Loud Voice for Women. I’m also privileged to be an invited judge on multiple award panels, including industry awards, women in business, and Ex-Forces recognition — roles I approach with both care and humility.

With 15 years’ experience in the property sector, spanning HR, Operations, and site-based roles, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges our industry can present. Those experiences have shaped my commitment to recognising those who go above and beyond, breaking down barriers, and lifting people up so individuals and teams can reach their full potential.

My expertise includes Operations, Property and Facilities Management, HR, consulting, coaching, and mentoring, alongside a long-standing commitment to volunteering in the non-profit sector. Making a difference, supporting others, and driving positive change isn’t just part of my role — it’s what motivates me every day.
