Louie-Mae is an Estate Director for Knight Frank Promise, and Chair of the Gender Equity Board, and sits on the People Board. She is fierce about DE&I, and is a guest speaker on the same; she is also keenly involved in the Armed Forces Network and supporting Veterans. Having worked in Property for 12 years, from Head of HR to Ops Director, (including being an invited judge on multiple awards), she fully understands the challenges that the industry brings, as well as being acutely aware of the challenges and bias the workplace presents in Equality, Equity, and Inclusion.
