Like many it was an accident, over two decades later I am still here. I started out in performance management and continuous improvement due to my experience'in Lean, Six Sigma and analytics. I had the privilege to work in a variety of roles globally with fantastic people and from there I just got the bug. I had great mentors who gave me some great opportunities to work with some of the world's biggest and best brands. After a while I moved to operations, led large scale transformations and became a strategist and culture lover. From there I went back to university at Sheffield Hallam to sharpen up my academic understanding of the industry, then I got the opportunity to be part of the GPA journey, and when it came along and it was something that I really believed in as it fitted with my purpose.
