Louise Sheppard
Louise Heads Zurich Insurance UK Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services Department, managing Zurich’s Premise Portfolio, from Lease, Security, Facilities Management (FM) and all areas through to including Catering & Hospitality. She joined Zurich in 1999 and has over 27 years of experience in variety of diverse roles from IT, Telecoms and Strategic Projects Management.
Louise previously headed up UK Workplace Services Security for Zurich, responsible for client design of Zurich’s amazing offices across the UK, as well as transforming and revolutionizing the Facilities Services for employees and visitors. Louises commitment to excellence and innovative approach has earned her recognition among peers being a TOP 50 Workplace Leader in 2024, Louise has led Zurich to be trail blazer in the industry with their approach to FM Social Value model delivering outstanding benefit to a multitude of causes making a real impact to people lives. Louise is a major advocate for use of Social Enterprise and Diverse Suppliers in the Industry and supports in any way she can, through podcast’s, panel discussions, roundtables and social interactions her desire to encourage other companies to consider Social Value suppliers is praiseworthy.
