Michael Amos is a globally recognised leader in sustainability, circular economy, and ESG practices, with over two decades of experience driving impactful change. As Managing Director of a multi award winning Social Enterprise, Waste to Wonder Worldwide which is Europe’s largest ethical office clearance and reuse organisation, Michael has transformed how businesses approach sustainability. Waste to Wonder Worldwide redistributes over 2,500 tonnes of equipment annually, diverting more than 1 million items from landfills and donating over £44 million worth of equipment to nearly 1,500 schools across 41 countries. These efforts have saved over 2 million kilograms of carbon annually while positively impacting more than 1.5 million lives. A sought-after speaker, Michael has delivered keynotes at international conferences, including the RICS Global Sustainability Conference, IFMA World Workplace Europe, IFMA Global Africa Conference, the Emirates Green Building Council Annual Congress, and a COP28 fringe event in Dubai.
