Philippa Coles, Director of Share3, works across Facilities Management and essential services, supporting organisations to improve how work is structured, governed, and delivered day to day. Her experience spans operational FM, Microsoft 365–based workplace systems, and organisational change, with a focus on how technology, decision-making, and accountability interact in practice.

She has led and supported digital change programmes that affect frontline and operational teams globally, and is particularly interested in what happens after technology goes live; including adoption, informal workarounds, and the hidden effort required to keep systems running.

Her work is informed by hands-on delivery as well as the 100 Working Women project, which explores real working experiences across roles and sectors. On this panel, she hopes to bring a practical perspective on gender, power, and leadership in FM, grounded in how digital and operational systems shape whose voices are heard and whose work is recognised.
