Rachel has spent the last few years leading the office relocation project for Baker McKenzie. This relocation decision was made during the first Covid lockdown and the design was informed by previous experiments in ways of working. The result will support the changes to the way work is now undertaken within Baker McKenzie and has taken a lot of engagement with staff and stakeholders at all points along the way.
