Over a decade ago, I stumbled into workplace operations and quickly realised I’d found my lane.
Blending space planning, operational excellence, budget management, and strategic vendor partnerships, I focus on aligning workplace strategy with business objectives, always through a people-first lens. My work centres on creating environments where performance, culture, and experience work in harmony.
I’ve led both lean, agile teams and larger operational functions, consistently driving measurable improvements across service delivery, cost management, and employee experience. The mindset remains the same: move things forward with clarity, deliver to a high standard, and keep the journey collaborative and human.
I’m particularly interested in how workplaces foster belonging, support performance, and build community in a hybrid world, translating insight from real conversations into practical, scalable solutions.
Outside of work, I’m kept on my toes by two rapidly growing preteens who bring enough energy and perspective to keep me grounded.
