Ashley joined the family business in 2007 as part of the sales team and as the business grew became responsible for all field service engineers and the service coordinators. In 2020, Ashley was promoted to General Manager for P & I Group and then moved into the Managing Director role. Ashley leads the P & I Group to deliver bespoke and innovative backup power solutions to powerhouses within industries such as healthcare, water and education.
