Simi Gandhi-Whitaker is Strategic Workplace and Technology Director at Mitie.

She is responsible for the creation of new-to-market innovative solutions by leading Mitie’s Connected Workspace technology business.

A keen technologist, through her extensive knowledge of the emerging Smart technology market, Simi is an expert in helping customers bridge the gap between their technology investment and workplace aspirations to increase HX.

Simi is also big on creating change and using her voice for good. Her passion and affinity to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) has seen her become a visible champion and mentor in the property and FM sectors. As a current Non-Executive Director for mental health charity, The Advocacy People, Co-Chair of Mitie’s Women’s network, as well as former business mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation, Simi is on a mission to not only empower and inspire others, but also challenge the status quo to instigate real positive changes in the workplace today.
