Tim Allen
Tim is a senior corporate real estate professional with over thirty years’ experience in the areas of workplace strategies, design, transformation, operation and change management.
After graduation, he started his career at Boots the Chemists in Nottingham, England, where he spent ten years in workplace and change management. Subsequently as a consultant he has worked directly with 100+ clients in the UK, across Europe and the United States including household names in the private sector, public sector organisations and central and local government bodies.
Tim was identified on the UK government external resources framework as an expert in the High Performing Property initiative. He is co-author, Working Without Walls and contributing author, The Distributed Workplace.
He leads the CoreNet UK Communities, the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) UK Hub, and is a member of the WE Advisory Board. He was named an Exemplary Workplace Leader Top 50 2024.
