This session will explore why Hard FM has historically been the main route to leadership within the TFM space, and whether we are missing out on some key skills by ignoring Soft FM talent. They will also discuss whether the focus on Hard FM in leadership is a reason for the large gender divide, and how that impacts on company diversity, employee wellbeing, and business profitability.
