For many people the modern workplace is characterised by an unrelenting pace of change and volume of work that leaves many feeling reactive, stressed and overwhelmed. Learning evidence-based skills to handle pressure and stress effectively can therefore be an important part of any modern worker’s skillset. The Sustaining high performance workshop uses the latest in cognitive behavioural science to help participants sustain high levels of performance, even when working under pressure. The session has been shown to produce tangible benefits to health, wellbeing and performance. This interactive workshop is based on performance psychology principles frequently used by elite sports teams. In the session we equip participants with the best techniques to make an immediate difference to both their health and performance.
