The importance of equity is essential in modern day society and workplaces. The growth and opportunities that can come of having gender balanced teams bringing differences together are evident. The security industry shows a strong commitment to gender equity but what it lacks is progress that reflects the extent of that commitment and i am an advocate for change in this area by leading OCS' women in security group.
