Championing women in industry matters to me because I’ve seen how easily women’s voices and opportunities can be overlooked. After serving 24 years in the RAF, I became increasingly concerned about the rise of online influences within the manosphere and how these narratives can shape attitudes and workplace culture, which is why I’m developing a short course for organisations to help address these risks. As a para-athlete for Great Britain, I also see how disabled women remain significantly underrepresented in sport compared to men, which continues to drive my commitment to advocate for greater inclusion, visibility and representation..
