Championing women in the facilities management sector is important to me as I believe more young women should see this industry as somewhere they can build ambitious, varied and rewarding careers. Having made my own way into the field after university and experienced significant progression in a relatively short time, I know how valuable it is to have opportunities to step forward, be heard and build confidence. I want to help make those opportunities more visible and accessible, while championing the next generation of women coming into our industry.
