I have experienced discrimination in the industry for being female so have felt the injustice for just trying to do your best. I have witnessed talented women being overlooked or undervalued despite their competence and dedication because they were female. I think it is important for women to have a voice as when i started out in the industry, women weren't championed so it would of been nice to have someone to look up to for inspiration
