Andrew Hulbert

Andrew Hulbert

Vice Chair | Pareto FM

I'm one of the few that chose the pathway in to FM. I finished my degree and chose to complete a graduate scheme with an FM SME in 2008. I'd previously completed an 8 week summer internship with an FM company and loved the idea of the FM sector. I knew that my approach to working hard would be well suited for the industry. After some 15 years in FM, I couldn't be happier with that initial decision. It's been a blast and we are only just getting started.

Sajna Rahman

Sajna Rahman

Andie-Michelle Donaldson

Andie-Michelle Donaldson

Head of Soft Services | The Hurlingham Club

Starting out in the Hospitality industry, Andrea segued into the corporate world approximately 8 years ago and worked her way up the Facilities Management ladder.

Throughout her career, she has remained eccentric and authentic - sometimes this has not served her well - but for the most part, she knows she is celebrated for not being the stereotypical incarnation of a Facilities Manager.

Andrea supports and encourages individuality in the workplace. Open about her mental health struggles and being neurodivergent, Andrea is passionate about ensuring that everyone has a voice and changing the perception of invisible illnesses or disabilities in the FM industry.

Chris Barnes

Chris Barnes

Account Director | Pareto FM

With over 25 years in senior management roles within the FM sector, Chris has vast experience and knowledge working with large and small FM companies. He has been on many D&I committees and is determined to bring neurodiversity to the forefront of the industry and every workspace it reaches.

Since Chris’s official diagnosis, he has been a champion for autism awareness in the workplace, running several campaigns across social media to help educate workplaces; Chris is also a mentor to support younger autistic people to get employment in FM.

Business Development Manager | John O’Conner

Hi, I'm Becs (aka the girl for your grounds).

I support facilities professionals with their grounds to:

-        Reduce risks during winter.

-        Create the right first impression.

-        Improve their people’s experience.

-        Enhance the environment for wildlife.

Developing relationships is a key part of my job. In the facilities world, trust is everything. That's why networking is important. It gives us the opportunity to socialise and get to know each other.

Outside of work, I’m a mum of two boys. We spend most of our time at the football (Hull City for my sins) or outdoors with nature.

I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Anthony Atkinson

Anthony Atkinson

Regional Contract Manager | CBRE

Anthony is undoubtedly a rising star within the FM industry, moving from CBRE’s Future Leaders’ Graduate Programme to Facilities Manager in a year, before being promoted less than 18 months later to become a Regional Lead. He’s won an array of industry awards and most notably worked as VR Development Lead on CBRE’s metaverse facility, modelled after their London head office. Anthony recently launched FutureFM, a one-stop-shop for emerging talent to learn about the FM industry and the wonderful careers it can offer. He joins the Tomorrow Meets Today team eager to encourage new starters to follow in his footsteps.

Charlotte Rhodes
